FAQs

Find out all you need to know about your treatment, including maintenance & care.

Lash Extensions

Please arrive without any eye makeup on, and try not to wear mascara or curl your lashes the day before.

Your new lashes will last between 2 to 4 weeks depending on your skincare routine and your own natural lash life cycle. To maintain the full look of your lashes, we recommend you maintain refills every 2-3 weeks.

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your lash extension, lash tint, or brow tint treatment.

We do not recommend removing your extensions yourself, but here’s our advice if you need to. Use something oily to break down the glue. I would recommend castor oil or coconut oil. The easiest way to do it is to dip a lash brush in the oil and brush through your extensions before bed each night. Keep doing this every night (and morning if you can) for a few days and all extensions should slide off with no damage to your natural lashes. Please DO NOT pull or tug at your extensions to remove them as this will be so painful, pull your natural lashes out and damage them! If your lashes are damaged I will not be able to lash them again until they’re healthy.

You will need to have infills every 2-3 weeks. It’s best to book your infills as soon as possible, preferably at your extensions appointment or shortly after. You must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining, or a full set will be charged.

Brow Treatments

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your lash extension, lash tint, or brow tint treatment.
